Hello folks! If you’ve been online this weekend, you may have noticed an increase of tweets on my part while on the set of Diana Velez’s retail store as I was photographing some gorgeous models wearing Diana’s incredible new line of clothes. I don’t want to keep you guys waiting too long, so here is one of my favorite images of the day. Enjoy!

This weekend, just before Canada’s glorious Olympic hockey triumph (GO CANADA!!!), I photographed an incredible woman. Diana Velez is one of Toronto’s newest and hottest fashion designers to date. With over 20 years as one of Colombia’s top fashion designers, Diana is here in Canada with a brand new line that is bound to set the latest trends in fashion. I call Diana “incredible” because she has an amazing energy and is so passionate about every piece of garment she designs. She brings to Canada something rare and unique that has caught the attention of every woman and man that walk by her boutique on Yonge and Sheppard: gorgeous hand-embroidered dresses.
In the next coming weeks, I will be shooting Diana’s new line and I am excited and honored. We held a very successful modeling casting session yesterday and we have an upcoming one on Wednesday to pick the best models in town.
