This past Sunday, on Valentines day, I flew down to Miami for Mari and Pedro’s engagement session. Miami had an amazing temperature! It was neither cold nor its usual hot. This was absolutely the best time to shoot outside without sweating like in a sauna (which is usually the case in Miami).
We started the day in Brickell Key. We found a very nice spot between some condos and the lighting was wonderful. Pedro and Mari were so active in the creative process of this shoot, that I really loved it. From the beginning, Pedro wanted to dip Mari and carry her; he was not shy. These two love birds were up for anything, as you shall later see!

I love her eyes on the image below. She looks so beautiful. Mari and Pedro were so playful, it was a pleasure to photograph them.

We stopped at a local Starbucks in Downtown for the shot below. As I was shooting them from the outside, a man almost attacked me! He thought I was a Paparazzi and wanted to save Mari and Pedro’s privacy! It was so funny and yet scary all at once, but I loved it. LOL! Here’s the shot:

We continued to walk around Downtown Miami using the historic buildings as our backdrop.

The shots below were really fun to create. The trick is to wait for the light to turn red, run to the middle, and shoot away! Mari and Pedro were great!

As a Miami-Dade County Fireman, Pedro could not forget to “bunker-up” for some great shots. We had so much fun in this part of the session! Both Pedro and Mari work for the fire department (that’s where they met).

Mari and Pedro, I had a really great time down in Miami shooting your engagement session. I look forward to your wedding in April!!!
Hey gang! I’m here in Puerto Rico and I just got out of Viviana and Jose’s destination wedding! Puerto Rico is truly the “Enchanting Island” or as they say in Spanish “La Isla del Encanto.” Viviana and Jose celebrated their love in San Jorge Catholic Church, a 400-year old church built by as a missionary outpost in San Juan. After the ceremony, we went to Old San Juan for some great portraits. Finally, we headed to Casa de España for an amazing Reception. A very, very special thanks to Krista Hall Jefferson who helped me shoot this wedding.

Viviana’s Wedding Dress was lovely!

Viviana Looked Amazing!

The Church was stunning. I still can’t believe that it is 400-years old!

- In a “Callejon” within Old San Juan..simply paradise!

In front of “Casa de España.” What a lovely place for photos.

A special thanks goes to Eugenia M. Murillo (787) 568-3511. She is an amazing wedding planner in Puerto Rico!
Viviana and Jose, thank you so much for allowing me to capture your most special day. I wish you both everlasting happiness!
On Novermber 8, I had the pleasure of photographing Erika and Gerardo’s wedding. You may recognize them form their engagement session not too long ago. This explosive Colombo-Venezuelan couple had the time of their lives after a beutiful water front ceremony in an absolutely gorgeous house in Star Island, Miami Beach. Towards the middle of the night, they had “La Hora Loca” and the atmosphere was electric! I had a blast and I feel honored to have been part of such special moment in their lives.
Please find some photos below. Enjoy!

The house was amazing! I was completely in love with it…

“La Hora Loca” (The Crazy Hour)….so much fun!

An intimate portrait of the couple coming down the stairs.
Good day to you all! This past weekend I made a visit to New York City to photograph Mario and Jeannine. This HOT couple is getting married at the end of November and one of their dreams was to do an engagement session in New York. We had a blast taking photos in Central Park, the subway, and an amazing Queens gallery called “5 Pointz“. 5 Pointz is an old building completely covered with spray paint. Local and international artists display their art on the walls of the four story building. The work is amazing!
Mario and Jeannine did a wonderful job. They are extremely fun to work with and I’m very thankful for their friendship. I had a wonderful time with them and their family who also accompanied us. Let me know how you like the photos!

Mario is a Graphic Designer and wanted something very artsy; hense, these and the following photos. Enjoy!

Great couple to shoot! Thank you guys for an awesome time!
