I just received Jose and Viviana’s wedding album and thought I might share with you all this beautiful jewel! You might remember Jose and Viviana’s destination wedding in Puerto Rico. If not, here is the link to their wedding. Wedding albums are at the core of my work because they are the treasure chests that will forever hold your wedding memories. Every time I meet with prospective clients I speak to them about the value of having a wedding album. This is also why each one of my wedding collections include an album. I want to make sure all my clients possess one of these jewels for the rest of their lives.
The workflow of your wedding album is very simple! A week or so after your wedding, you will receive a private gallery such as this one for you to preview the first draft. You will then have an opportunity to make all the changes you want using the built-in simple form within the site. After you send me all your changes, you will receive a second and draft for your final approval Once the design has been approved, your album will be ordered. It’s that simple! I take pride in designing my own albums. Check Viviana and Jose’s wedding album below:

These albums are meant to last! They are sturdy as can be. There are various cover options to chose from.

Check out some of the layout! These full page layouts on the 9.5″ x 13″ albums literally pop out!

Jose and Viviana, I loved shooting your wedding and looking at this album brings back so many great memories. I can’t imagine the smiles it will bring to your faces for years to come! Cheers to love!
Hey gang! I’m here in Puerto Rico and I just got out of Viviana and Jose’s destination wedding! Puerto Rico is truly the “Enchanting Island” or as they say in Spanish “La Isla del Encanto.” Viviana and Jose celebrated their love in San Jorge Catholic Church, a 400-year old church built by as a missionary outpost in San Juan. After the ceremony, we went to Old San Juan for some great portraits. Finally, we headed to Casa de España for an amazing Reception. A very, very special thanks to Krista Hall Jefferson who helped me shoot this wedding.

Viviana’s Wedding Dress was lovely!

Viviana Looked Amazing!

- The Groom, Jose, with his Crew.

The Church was stunning. I still can’t believe that it is 400-years old!

- In a “Callejon” within Old San Juan..simply paradise!

In front of “Casa de España.” What a lovely place for photos.

A special thanks goes to Eugenia M. Murillo (787) 568-3511. She is an amazing wedding planner in Puerto Rico!
Viviana and Jose, thank you so much for allowing me to capture your most special day. I wish you both everlasting happiness!
Cartagena is for lovers, and this weekend I had the pleasure of capturing Paula and David’s enchanting wedding in Cartagena, Colombia! When my good friend Alex Rodriguez invited me to shoot this gorgeous couple in Cartagena, I couldn’t help but dream about the beauty of Colombia and the warmth of its people. Cartagena takes you on a journey back into the colonial era full of love and passion, of mystery and chivalry; it is by far, one of the most romantic places in this world to celebrate the magic of love! We stayed at an amazing hotel called “Bantu Hotel.” The hotel was built during the time of the colonization and has been restored into a very intimate get-away hotel..simply beautiful! Here is just a glimpse into David and Paula’s amazing day:
The dress was gorgeous, designed by Paloma Blanca:

Here is Paula reading a touching letter from her brother. They are a very close family and that’s so lovely!

Here is David, working the camera!

A proud father holding his son’s ring.

The bride was taken to the church by horse and carriage, what a dream!

The church was Santo Toribio de Mogrovejo, built in 1736; a truly remarkable church.

After the ceremony, we walked through the city with music and dance.

(Top) Paula enjoying the time of her life!
(Bottom) The walls of Cartagena are vibrant with colors.

Here is my personal favorite:

The reception was held in Casa Quero. They served Arepas and empanadas. We danced to Vallenato and cumbia. Finally, we were surprised by “La Hora Loca” or “The Crazy Hour”–super good times!

I had such a terrific time!!!! Alex, I had a blast! Thank you for the inviting me to such an awesome wedding and friendship! It was also an honor to shoot next to Becker; dude, you are a blast!! I’m looking forward to our next wedding back in Cartagena in the next couple of weeks!

I wish Paula and David a happy life together. I feel fortunate to be a witness of your love.

What an awesome time I had photographing Amelia (Ame) and Arturo (Art) this past weekend in Puerto Rico! I cannot begin to tell you how much fun we all had in “La Isla del Encanto–The Enchanted Island.” Puerto Rico is a gorgeous island and the good God blessed us with fantastic weather. We flew in on Friday for sunset photos by El Morro and some night shots within El Viejo San Juan. On Saturday, we spent the day in El Viejo San Juan to enjoy its colorful richness. Ame and Art are both an enchanting couple. I think their most valuable characteristic is that they truly know how to enjoy life. They are always in such laughter and joy it made our two-day trip fly by too fast! I would like to thank Ame’s family for giving us a place to stay Friday night and specially to Ame’s aunt for driving us back to the Airport so fast!
On the last image below, you will notice a photograph of Ame and Art by the fountains. Well, we had been planning that shot since the night before when I saw it as we were driving by. As our time on Saturday was closing and we had to catch our 3:45pm flight back home (I could not miss the bridal show on Sunday), we noticed that we were running out of time. Nonetheless, instead of going home, we took courage and decided to change, walk a few blocks to the fountain, and take some shots (all within 20 minutes). It was crazy and wild, but we did it!!!!! We drove really fast back home, grabbed our baggages and literally jetted to the airport where we made it in the nick of time all thanks to Ame’s Aunt!
This trip was fun, exciting, wild, and enchanting all at once!! I hope you enjoy a few of my favorite images here below:

Ame calls Art her "moon" and since the moon was out, she asked me if I could photograph them with it. Here is the end result. (right)

Thank you Ame and Art for the amazing experience in Puerto Rico! I look forward to your wedding in June!
